You will then have the opportunity to interview and select the ideal match for your needs. Our clients are typically matched with suitable candidates within just one week on average.
At the start of our partnership, you, your talent, and your Client Success Consultant will schedule a kickoff call to introduce yourselves, establish initial objectives, define communication strategies, and position yourselves for success. This call marks the official start of our collaboration.
Your Client Success Consultant will remain closely involved, offering high-touch and personalized support to help you navigate our tried-and-true onboarding process.
We will conduct regular check-ins to provide ongoing support to both you and your talent, ensuring a successful partnership with VAYO.
